Our most recent move was on a very hot day and our temporary apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. No one complained and in fact we were having great interactions, conversations through out.

Not receiving our keys as expected along with the amount of anxiety we got from having to move in such short notice felt like such a nightmare. It even made it difficult to book a moving company, but the lady in the office got us scheduled instantly.
